Punjabi Haveli is a famous family cuisine cum party hall at a ride of 30 minutes from Jammu city on the way to Katra. It creates an atmosphere of Punjabi dhaba with some idols of Punjabi’s performing bhangra outside the restaurant. There is ample of parking space outside the restaurant for the convenience of visitors. There is also a big hall for small parties like kitties and other small gathering functions.

There is a very quiet atmosphere inside the restaurant. The cleanliness of restaurant is properly maintained. A sweet music was playing at the background. It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant where you can enjoy the meal. The service is slow and the quality of food is not up to the mark. The food was not as much tastier as it should be according to the cost. Overall the restaurant is not much expensive. There are also some tables in the outdoor where you can enjoy the dining by sitting in the natural beauty.

The scenic beauty around is very beautiful where visitors mostly enjoy the photography with the hills around everywhere. There is also an astrologer sitting there where most of visitors enquire about their future. There are also 100% pure ghee sweets available which are very delicious. You can also get packed sweets for your loved ones. There is also a handloom showroom outside the havelli where you can have collection of typical Kashmiri products like shawls, dresses. There is also the availability of public vehicles just outside the restaurant for those who don’t have their personal convince. But the restaurant is not convenient for the people of Jammu since they have to pay the toll tax at toll plaza before reaching to the restaurant.
